I've been a fan of Jenny of The Nourished Kitchen for a very long time. When I first found out she was publishing a book I was ecstatic. I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. As expected, it was a great work, something I was very excited to add to my kitchen library.

So, imagine my elation when I discovered that Jenny was going to work her magic YET AGAIN!
A second book. This time on nourishing broth and stock and how to incorporate them into the kitchen. Both books are absolutely wonderful and a great addition to any kitchen repertoire.
This book, Broth and Stock from the Nourished Kitchen, of course, is specifically about the ever-growing-in-popularity trend of the drinkable ancient health food- broth. It contains a lot of great history and information about broth as well as a host of delicious recipes.
As Autumn slowly drifts in, and we begin to hunker down for cooler weather, I encourage you to check out both of Jenny's awesome cookbooks!
