In the past I have spread pesto on toast but I didn't have time to make any so this is what I came up with instead. Enjoy!
You Will Need:
1 slice sprouted or sourdough toast (I used this)
1 egg
6 leaves fresh basil
1/2 small slicer tomato
2 tbs. fresh grated Parmesan
Butter
Celtic sea salt
Serves: 1
To start out you will need to gather some fresh basil and a ripe tomato from the garden. Chop the basil into tiny pieces. Thinly slice the tomato.
Next, grate the Parmesan cheese.
Put the egg in the frying pan with some butter.
While your egg is cooking, toast your bread. After toasting, liberally spread with butter.
Sprinkle on the Parmesan and chopped basil.
Next, add the thinly sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with Celtic sea salt.
After your egg has finished frying, place on top. Et voila! Breakfast is served. Enjoy with a nice tall glass of raw milk!
And do all this while the baby is sleeping, of course.
