I always buy a five pound bag of carrots (so I make five jars) but I am going to switch to start doing 20 lbs at a time. We love them that much. I can't quite remember but I think that specific jar I gave you might have had more whey than salt (I ran out of salt). I like the way I have written the recipe best, though.
